Coffee Protein Smoothie
This recipe is inspired by Epic Mint Leaves. It sounds suspicious, but tastes quite nice.
Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 80 g black beans
- 25 g peanut butter
- 2 dates
- 120 mL plant milk
- 120 mL coffee
- 1 tsp of flax seed (optional)
Instructions
- Blend together all of the ingredients.
- Pour over ice, and serve immediately.
