Pancake Mix
Makes ~7 cups of mix (~56 pancakes)
For the mix:
- 480 grams all-purpose flour
- 240 grams whole wheat flour
- 54 grams sugar
- 50 grams ground flaxseed
- 40 grams baking powder
- 5 grams of sea salt
For pancakes (makes 12):
- 180 grams of mix
- 270 grams of plant milk
- 1/2 Tbsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Make the pancake batter. Don't overmix.
- Heat 1 tsp of plant butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- When the pan is hot, plop in 4 pancakes.
- Cook the pancakes, ~3 minutes per side.
- Repeat until you’ve cooked all of the batter.
